Account Executive



At PerimeterX, we have established ourselves as the industry leaders in Web Application Security. We're eradicating the web of malicious bots and are looking for intelligent and determined candidates to join us as Account Executives in our Core segment. With a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build new business opportunities within the mid-market, you’ll focus on new customer acquisition. We’re looking for a self-driven, out-of-the-box thinker who's energized by taking the time to understand our customers' needs and motivated to understand eCommerce, Saas, Fintech, Travel, and other industry verticals.

What you will be doing at PerimeterX…

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing business
  • Present products and solutions to prospective clients within various verticals
  • Identifying and converting opportunities into revenue
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions for PerimeterX technology
  • Assist with coordinating product demos to convey value in technology specifically applicable to the challenges of our prospects
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive sales process
  • Proactively pursue new business via strategic prospecting
  • Attend product training conferences and develop an understanding of our communication infrastructure
  • Focus on attaining quota and successfully converting accounts
  • Navigating complex deal cycles

What we are looking for from you (Requirements)...

  • 3-5 years of SaaS, Fintech, or similar experience
  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
  • Working knowledge of the enterprise software market and the ability to learn new software and industries quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team player
  • Eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
  • Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects
  • Bachelors degree required
