What you will be doing at PerimeterX...
- Manage customer communications to ensure consistent and regular engagement via emails, newsletters, slack broadcasts and in-app messages.
- Build relationships with customers to advocate for PerimeterX via public and private references.
- Manage the customer story pipeline to source and produce inspiring case studies, videos, testimonials, webinars, awards and speaking opportunities.
- Support multi-channel marketing efforts with customer references and stories.
- Create opportunities for peer-to-peer customer interactions such as online communities, user groups and meetups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align engagement and advocacy efforts across marketing, sales and customer success.
- Partner with executive and product teams to support customer advisory groups.
- Track KPIs and measure outcomes of customer marketing efforts.
What we are looking for from you (Requirements)...
- 5-8 years marketing experience, ideally in a customer marketing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize projects across multiple teams, and collaborate with various stakeholders
- College Degree required
