PerimeterX is an early stage well funded cyber security startup and we are looking for an Office Manager in our Miami office in the Brickell area.
As an Office Manager you will be the first person to greet all employees, customers, and other visitors. In this role you will have the opportunity to influence the office culture, plan events, and work closely with the Director of Sales.
What you will be doing at PerimeterX...
- Manage the ordering/restocking of office supplies and snacks
- Help with on-boarding tasks for new employees
- Organize internal PerimeterX and outside events for employees and customers
- Work with building maintenance for any issues that arise
What we are looking from you...
- Associate degree required (B.A. or B.S. preferred)
- Proficiency in Google suite
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
