Solutions EngineerSan Mateo

Supporting new and prospective customers (pre-sales) in deployments and proof of concepts, working closely with Sales and Engineering to answer questions, and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers (post-sales).

The Day to Day…

  • Work side by side with the PerimeterX sales team
  • Present technical materials during pre-sales calls and meetings
  • Managing proof of concepts for customers and prioritizing tasks appropriately
  • Sell…Sell… Sell

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology related field or equivalent work experience (minimum five years)
  • The ability to understand complex technical solutions in security and /or web and present them to customers
  • Demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, PHP, C, Ruby, Javascript or Go
  • Experience in enterprise security solutions including web application firewalls , IDS/IPS, or vulnerability scanning/penetration testing
  • Familiar with Elasticsearch and Kibana or similar (Solr or Splunk)
