Sales Enablement Leader

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of building sales on-boarding and training programs from the ground up. This position is highly critical to the growth of the business-- especially as our sales team multiplies!

What we are looking for from you...

  • You are Empathetic... You can put yourself in the sales reps shoes and understand the day to day grind of the sales cycle they go through.
  • You are a Strong Communicator... Not only are you crystal clear with the sales team but you are able to communicate with every department in the company efficiently.
  • You are Agile... You are contributing to the sales and marketing alignment but can also pivot on a dime if there is a major change.
  • You are Data-Driven... You need to be able to stick your nose in a large quantity of data and funnel down to what is crucial to the business to be able to hit specific goals.
  • You are extremely skilled at Prioritization... You are going to have a large number of tasks implementing a sales process but need to be able to efficiently use your time to increase productivity.
  • You are a Continuous Learner... In this role you should be sitting in meetings to make sure you are up to date with PerimeterX's product and the direction our Sales team is taking quarter to quarter.
  • Lastly you are Creative!... Creativity is critical to success in this role. We want YOU to teach our Sales team to be able to take it to the next level.
