Director of Sales, Outbound Sales Development (SDR’s)Miami

Do you have a passion for business development sales teams (SDR’s)? If so, we’d like to speak with you about leading our Miami based BDR team.

 The Director of Sales, Outbound Sales Development will:

  • Be a player/coach
  • Recruit a team of hunters who are not afraid of the phone
  • Align and meet PerimeterX sales meeting goals as dictated by executive management team as directed by the VP of Sales
  • Responsible for coaching, performance management and career development of staff
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including forecasting to VP of Sales

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years managing high performance business development teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to support complicated enterprise technical sales cycles (analytics, cyber security, cloud/web based technologies, etc)
  • Ability to travel as required
