SOC 2 FAQ
SOC 2 is an evaluation of operational effectiveness as defined by the AICPA’s Trust Service principles which are security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. This means PerimeterX has third-party oversight into our processes and procedures to ensure we adhere to these commitments.
There are two stages to SOC 2, type 1 and type 2. The PerimeterX platform is type 2, which shows we can demonstrate operational effectiveness of the controls.
We were tested for privacy, confidentiality, availability and security.
